High Heel Homicide

As a series of vicious murders terrorizes the city, two undercover detectives, Brent Harvey and Mia Li, are in a desperate race to unravel the mystery and reveal the identity of the murderer. The only leads they have are that each victim is an ex-police officer and bears a blood-red letter marked on their body. How many more will fall before the killer completes their bloody message?
