Each individual inhabits their own unique universe. Within the lively group of 34 students in classroom 2-1, countless such universes exist. In the universe of Honjou Akio—my universe—there’s lively chatter about last night’s anime with Yoshida, Watanabe, and other pals. It’s an enjoyable, cozy space… Yet, I often find myself curious. Curious about the universe of Makina Juri, who is always smiling and encircled by her glamorous friends on the opposite side of the classroom. Then, one day, I step into her universe. But it’s not as straightforward as it seems.
