Hands of Steel

In “Hands of Steel,” directed by Sergio Martino, a cyborg assassin named Paco Queruak is programmed to kill a prominent environmentalist but begins to struggle with his human emotions and conscience. As he goes on the run, Paco must confront his creators and his own identity in a battle for survival and redemption.
