Brijes are mystical animal spirits that have been connected with humans since ancient times. Each person had their own brije, with a mutual relationship of care and protection. Upon reaching the age of 13, a ceremonial synchronization was conducted by the old shamans, allowing the human and their brije to merge into a warrior form. In this state, the human gained the powers of their brije and the exceptional strength required for heroic deeds. Sadly, centuries ago, the rise of modern science and technology disrupted this bond, leading humans to lose faith in magic.
