Gangster Squad

Set in 1949 Los Angeles, “Gangster Squad” follows a secret team of LAPD officers led by Sgt. John O’Mara and Jerry Wooters as they work to dismantle the criminal empire of notorious mob boss Mickey Cohen. The film explores themes of justice and morality as the squad operates outside the law to bring down Cohen’s reign of terror.
