Tim Tucker, portrayed by Dylan Bruce, was once a promising hockey forward whose career was derailed by a knee injury, preventing him from being drafted into the NHL. Following this setback, Tim abandoned hockey and turned to a life as a hitman. A decade later, he returns to his hometown to care for his brother Matthew, played by Percy Hynes White, offering him a chance to make amends. However, his turbulent past threatens to disrupt his path to redemption. “First Round Down,” penned and helmed by Brett and Jason Butler, is a high-octane, gun-slinging comedy set against the backdrop of a working-class community.
