“Excision” is a darkly comedic horror film that follows Pauline, a disturbed and socially awkward high school student with aspirations of becoming a surgeon. As she navigates her dysfunctional family life and obsession with surgical procedures, her increasingly macabre fantasies begin to blur the lines between reality and delusion.
