Following a meteor strike on Earth, treacherous factions have effectively seized control, leaving the populace in distress. Amidst this turmoil, a young boy named Tetsuro Daiba, who lost his parents in the disaster, encounters Mello, an enigmatic woman who appears in a radiant glow. When Daiba regains consciousness, he discovers himself in the medical bay of a spaceship, being monitored. Despite lacking any prior piloting experience, he manages to commandeer a fighter craft and escapes, demonstrating remarkable flying skills.
