Dead Sign

Art student Kangsheng, along with his classmates, travels back to his secluded hometown village to look for ancient murals. During their visit, they witness a deadly car crash. Kangsheng’s girlfriend, Wangzhi, accidentally disrupts a local witchcraft ceremony meant for the dead. Terrified, they quickly leave the scene and take refuge at an inn run by Kangsheng’s mother. The next day, while continuing their search for murals, they stumble upon an enigmatic hand-painted sign inside a cave. This is just the start of their unexpected discoveries.
