“Dead Dicks,” directed by Chris Bavota, follows the story of a young woman named Becca who discovers her brother Richie has repeatedly died by suicide, only to be mysteriously resurrected through a bizarre, supernatural phenomenon in his apartment. As they grapple with the surreal and unsettling situation, the siblings must confront their strained relationship and the underlying issues that have led them to this point.
