In “Conspiracy Theory,” directed by Richard Donner, a New York City taxi driver named Jerry Fletcher is obsessed with uncovering government conspiracies, which he shares with anyone who will listen, including a skeptical Justice Department attorney, Alice Sutton. As Jerry’s seemingly far-fetched theories begin to hold some truth, he and Alice find themselves entangled in a dangerous web of intrigue and deception.
