Confidential Informant

Set against the backdrop of a crack epidemic, two narcotics officers are on the trail of a cop killer. In their quest for clues, Moran and Thorton bribe a drug-addicted informant. To support his family, Moran entangles the informant in a perilous plan, drawing the attention of a wary internal affairs investigator to the duo.
