Cleavers: Killer Clowns

Jody Ann Howells, who lived through the Still Rivers Massacre and now works in Bail Enforcement, is pursuing her newest target—a young woman fleeing after being discovered at a gruesome murder scene. This woman might have ties to Howells’ own history. As Howells gets closer, she realizes that the murderer she confronted years ago might still be alive and targeting a family on a cross-country road trip. However, this time, he isn’t acting alone.
