Christmas Magic

Carrie Bishop, portrayed by Booth, is a dedicated event planner thriving in New York City. However, her life takes a dramatic turn when she is involved in a severe car accident during a snowstorm. After suffering a head injury, she awakens in Central Park alongside an older gentleman named Henry, played by Derek McGrath from “Little Mosque on the Prairie.” Henry is Carrie’s spiritual guide, tasked with assisting her transition to the afterlife. Yet, before Carrie can move on, she must complete one final earthly mission, known as Angel Duty. Henry reveals that she needs to support Scott Walker, a young widower and restaurant owner, played by McGillion, who is contemplating suicide due to his failing restaurant and catering business. Carrie quickly forms a bond with Scott and his 8-year-old daughter, using her skills to help rejuvenate the restaurant. However, she faces a race against time, as she must accomplish this task by midnight on Christmas Eve.
