Sam and Barbara have been a couple for eight years, but the secret to their relationship lies in their frequent breakups. Whenever Barbara hints at leaving, Sam always concedes and pleads for her return, gradually tipping the balance of power in her favor. After their 99th split, they resolve to commit to their relationship and avoid breaking up so readily. They envision a shared future by opening a café together.
