Whitney Carmichael, who isn’t particularly sporty, enrolls in a rigorous summer boot camp with the aim of transforming herself. During this journey, she develops feelings for her personal trainer. Ultimately, she discovers the courage to accept her authentic self and disregard the pressures of others’ expectations.
