Black & White: The Dawn of Justice

In the Southern Precinct, police officer WU Ying-xiong has been celebrated as a hero in Harbor City after thwarting a terrorist attack on a Boeing 777, ensuring the city’s safety. However, this tranquility is short-lived. The city is soon engulfed in fear as a string of bombings occurs within hours, marking the start of a complex conspiracy.
