Before I Disappear

In this 2014 film directed by Shawn Christensen, the story follows Richie, a man in the throes of despair, who is unexpectedly tasked with looking after his young niece, Sophia, for a night. As they navigate the streets of New York City, Richie finds a renewed sense of purpose through their interactions. The film stars Shawn Christensen himself, alongside Fatima Ptacek and Emmy Rossum.
