An American family gathers to celebrate their 28-year-old daughter’s pregnancy, but the joyous occasion is disrupted by the unexpected arrival of Henrik Brandr, a leader of a Satanic cult. Henrik proposes a substantial sum of money to purchase their ranch, but Jacob Richardson, the father, declines the offer, valuing the land’s sentimental worth above all else. Angered by the refusal, Henrik begins casting destructive curses on the Richardson family, determined to drive them away, even resorting to murder. As they endure a series of inexplicable misfortunes, the Richardsons turn to Marybeth, a high priestess and white witch, for assistance. They uncover a dark secret about their home, explaining the cult’s intense interest in their property. Realizing the need to defend their land at any cost, they engage in a fierce struggle between the forces of good and evil.
