At Stake: Vampire Solutions

Evan Shandling, a film student from Memphis, chooses to focus his senior project on the impact of the economy on local businesses. With this goal, he takes his camera and travels to North Mississippi to capture the challenges faced by one of the most affected and perilous professions: vampire removal. He immerses himself in the operations of a small company called At Stake: Vampire Solutions (AS:VS), documenting their efforts through interviews and accompanying the team on their assignments. Evan captures the company’s fight to stay in business and survive each day.
