Alien Rising

When an apparently deserted alien vessel is found orbiting Neptune, a covert mission is launched to explore it. Inside the wreck, they uncover two alien beings that are telepathically connected. Thirteen years later, a resourceful former DEA agent and martial arts specialist is taken to a high-security facility on a secluded island, where experiments are being conducted on the captured extraterrestrials.
