A Knight’s Tale

In “A Knight’s Tale,” directed by Brian Helgeland, a peasant named William Thatcher, played by Heath Ledger, aspires to change his stars and become a knight after his master dies. With the help of his loyal friends and a mysterious writer, he assumes a false identity to compete in jousting tournaments, challenging societal norms and pursuing both glory and love.
