In a not-too-distant future, life on Earth has been severely disrupted. Paul and his sons, Thomas and Joseph, lead a fragmented existence—enjoying peace during daylight hours but enduring terror once darkness falls. Each night, they are besieged by a relentless and enigmatic malevolence. When Thomas fails to return home before nightfall one day, Paul is compelled to venture beyond the security of their fortified farm to search for him. This sets off a harrowing struggle that compels the family to implement a last-ditch strategy to stay alive.
