Barely Dreaming

When fiction writer Adrian Aytese is diagnosed with a terminal illness, he confides in his sister Paige about a secret manuscript he has penned in a journal. This manuscript chronicles his extensive quest to find an enigmatic woman from his past dreams. An unusual sand, gifted to him by his older friend Bud, is meant to aid Adrian in achieving more restful sleep. However, it instead causes the lines between his dreams and reality to blur, intertwining his deepest fears with his most joyful memories. As Paige investigates further, she begins to suspect that the manuscript might be more factual than she initially believed, and that Bud might not be who he appears to be.
