Drawn into the world of corruption, Detective Wilfred La Salle finds himself on the unlawful path as a crooked cop. Determined to amend his past misdeeds, he sets out on a mission to make things right. Along the way, he must confront his old friend and ex-partner, now a criminal genius known as Gorgeous George, who leads a notorious criminal organization called The Clown Gang, composed of some of the city’s most perilous individuals.
