Alice, Judy, and Sally, three Australian housemates, find themselves struggling with romantic misfortunes. Throughout the year, they experience a series of personal highs and lows. At the same time, Ewan, Joel, and Neil, who are friends and colleagues, face similar challenges in their love lives. As time goes on, their paths begin to cross with the three women in different ways. Will any of these young individuals eventually discover a fulfilling relationship?
