“FESTED: A Journey To Fest 7” is a documentary that captures the adventure of a group of friends attending the annual punk music festival known as The Fest, held in Gainesville, Florida. Shot over a two-week period during Fest 7 in 2008, the film chronicles the journey of Gainesville’s own SPANISH GAMBLE (previously known as DIRTY MONEY) and their friends as they strive to perform and immerse themselves in this legendary weekend event. The festival has been affectionately described as “punk rock Christmas,” “a massive, boozy, punk rock, bearded, tattooed family reunion,” and “the last true bastion of punk rock.”
