In the shadowy alleys of the city, something is disturbingly amiss with the discovered bodies. Detective Eddie Argo, alongside his new partner Helen Westcott, delves into the significance of this strange formula and uncovers that each victim faces a horrifying decision: murder their loved ones or face death themselves.
