Julia, a 35-year-old teacher of English Literature, is grappling with depression as she attempts to rebuild her life following a profound and passionate relationship with Antonia. After the breakup with her mysterious partner, Julia feels utterly forsaken and is plunged into a distressing and agonizing journey. Her existence and beliefs are overshadowed by an overwhelming sadness, and her life seems to be reduced to blurred snippets of her past.
