David Gram, a pharmaceutical sales representative, is presented with a chance to secure a client in a distant northern region. Achieving this goal could earn him the title of top sales rep of the year. Eager to succeed, David embarks on the journey. However, he soon learns that his estranged wife, Jill, has been employed by a rival company and is also pursuing the same client and opportunity.
