Tom, aged 8, and Benjamin, aged 11, head to Stockholm for the summer to visit their father, a man they’ve hardly interacted with since his separation from their mother. Tom, especially, is unfamiliar with this enigmatic, reclusive figure who appears to be perpetually awake. When their father proposes a short trip to his rural cabin, the boys are thrilled. However, the cabin is completely secluded, nestled deep within an expansive forest, a setting that is both stunning and unsettling.
