After years of research, a scientist finally develops an incubator capable of speeding up the growth of plants and animals. This breakthrough falls into the hands of a powerful criminal syndicate, which uses it to rapidly cultivate plants essential for producing narcotics and illegal substances. In response, the United Nations assembles a top-tier team of operatives to dismantle the criminal network and their laboratories. This elite group, known as the L9 Commando, consists of six highly skilled soldiers from various Special Forces Units. Following their successful dismantling of the drug operation, the L9 Commandos are dispatched on a critical mission to Albania, where they uncover a menacing plot that threatens widespread destruction.
