Shadow of a Doubt

Charlie Sloan, a defense attorney struggling with alcoholism, is pulled back into legal practice by Robin Harwell, a former love interest. She seeks his help to defend her stepdaughter, Angel, who faces murder charges. As Sloan takes on the case, he finds himself overwhelmed, especially as his adversaries aggressively attempt to discredit him by highlighting his drinking problem, turning the trial into a media spectacle.
