Two years following a woman’s tragic death in a car accident, the three teenagers accountable for the incident begin to meet their own gruesome ends, one after another. Each teen encounters a terrifying and unusual demise, seemingly orchestrated by the woman’s unhinged husband, who works as a tow truck driver.
