Daniel Carr believed his life had hit rock bottom. He was stuck in a dead-end job, his wife’s real estate venture was failing, and their constant arguments only added to the stress. The one solution everyone suggested seemed out of reach for him. His late father had left him a valuable commercial property, with the condition that he shouldn’t sell it until the right moment—a moment his father never specified.
