Nothing Good Ever Happens

Neil, an artist and graphic designer, finds his life turned upside down one seemingly ordinary morning when his girlfriend, Amanda, decides to leave him and move out of their shared rental home. In an unexpected twist, Neil’s attempt to cope with the breakup leads him to accidentally ingest a glass of bleach. He regains consciousness under suicide watch, facing court-mandated therapy and grappling with the emptiness Amanda’s departure has left behind. Neil is now at a crossroads, pondering how to improve his sense of self-worth. Should he try to win Amanda back, reconnect with old friends, confront his distant father, indulge in copious amounts of Chinese food, or simply focus on completing his latest painting?
