To the Beat

“To the Beat” centers on 14-year-old twin sisters, Mia and Mackie Castillo, who have been passionate about dancing since they were toddlers. Despite their different styles—Mia excels in tap while Mackie prefers jazz—they have always supported each other through various competitions and rehearsals. When their favorite pop star announces an online contest to discover the most original dance group for his upcoming music video, the twins decide to form separate teams to vie for the opportunity. They rally their friends and family to help them secure online votes. Meanwhile, their talented and self-assured neighbor, Avery, who is also their main rival, uses her charm and resources to try to outshine them in the competition.
