Before We Vanish

“Before We Vanish,” directed by Kiyoshi Kurosawa, follows the mysterious events that unfold when three aliens arrive on Earth, taking over human bodies to learn about human culture as a prelude to an invasion. As they extract concepts from people’s minds, a journalist and a woman connected to one of the aliens become entangled in a struggle to understand and possibly prevent the impending catastrophe.
