Turn the Beat Around

A young and idealistic dancer named Zoe (Romina D’Ugo) faces the challenging task of reviving disco dancing in the contemporary music scene. She encounters resistance and hostility on every dance floor she graces with her spins and twirls. Luckily, she finds an ally in Michael (David Guintoli), a nightclub owner and visionary who shares her passion for the bygone dance phenomenon. With ample resources, Michael supports Zoe in her efforts to reintroduce disco, despite competition from rival choreographers like Malika (Brooklyn Sudano). However, the dance revival takes an unexpected turn when the determined Malika and Michael begin competing to become Zoe’s dance partner.
