Paloma receives the most extreme make-over. Steph H. finds out the majority of the girls are displeased with her – stating they think she is overachieving, immature and too “peppy”. The girls are introduced to Napoleon Perdis, make up artist, and he gives them valuable suggestions on makeup and accentuates the magnitude of simplicity.
