God of Gamblers III: Back to Shanghai

Following the events of “God of Gamblers II,” Tai-Kun, who had previously lost his ESP abilities, regains them and seeks vengeance against Sing, the Saint of Gamblers. As Tai-Kun and his disciples unleash their full ESP powers against Sing, who retaliates in kind, the clash distorts spacetime, transporting both Tai-Kun and Sing to Shanghai in 1937. There, Sing encounters his grandfather, Chow Tai Fook, and a kind-hearted millionaire named Ding Lik. Sing must navigate the challenges posed by Ding Lik’s adversaries and the Japanese military, while also dealing with a mistaken romantic interest in one of two twin sisters. Additionally, he must uncover the identity of the mysterious “Comment allez-vous,” who defeated the French “God of Gamblers,” Pierre Cashon, during that time, and ultimately find a way to return to Hong Kong in 1991.
