Legion of Super Heroes
“Legion of Super Heroes” is an American animated TV series created by Warner Bros. Animation, which premiered on September 23, 2006. The show is inspired by DC Comics characters and follows the adventures of a young Superman in the 31st century. He teams up with a group of futuristic superheroes known as the Legion of Super-Heroes. The series was produced by James Tucker, who also co-produced “Justice League Unlimited,” and aired on The CW’s Kids’ WB lineup.
Drawing from the extensive history of the Legion of Super-Heroes, the series incorporates elements from various eras of the team’s nearly 50-year comic book legacy. While the show maintains its own internal continuity, it does not connect with any previous animated or printed versions of the Legion. Unfortunately, the series was discontinued after its second season.
