Our RoboCop Remake

“Our RoboCop Remake” is a collaborative film project inspired by Paul Verhoeven’s iconic 1987 movie. Coordinated through Channel 101 and various other platforms, this venture involves 50 filmmakers, both amateur and professional, from Los Angeles and New York. They have divided the original RoboCop into segments and recreated the film in their own style. While not a precise shot-for-shot remake, it is a scene-by-scene reinterpretation. As devoted admirers of the original RoboCop and as filmmakers who are somewhat skeptical of Hollywood’s remake trend, we’ve chosen to approach this remake in our unique way.
