City on a Hill

In the early 1990s in Boston, an African-American District Attorney arrives from Brooklyn, pushing for reform. He unexpectedly teams up with a respected but corrupt FBI veteran who is keen on preserving the current system. Together, they confront a family of armored car thieves from Charlestown, in a case that expands to challenge and ultimately transform the entire criminal justice system of the city.
