The Romeo Section

Set in Vancouver, THE ROMEO SECTION is a one-hour serialized spy drama that centers on Professor Wolfgang McGee, a spymaster who leads a double life as an academic. He covertly oversees a network of espionage operatives known as Romeo or Juliet spies. These operatives are informants who form close, often romantic, relationships with targets of state intelligence. Wolfgang, now semi-retired, has a history as a Romeo operative himself, having risen through the ranks from his younger days in a covert and unacknowledged “service” within Canada’s Intelligence Community.
