Detective Raimy Sullivan is taken aback when she hears a voice coming through her father’s old, defunct ham radio. To her amazement, it’s Frank Sullivan, communicating across time from the year 1996. Although two decades apart, this father-daughter duo has reconnected through a unique frequency that only they can access.
