Pride and Prejudice

Set in early 19th-century England, “Pride and Prejudice” follows the lives of the five unmarried daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Bennet. The arrival of the wealthy and eligible Mr. Bingley, along with his socially aware friend Mr. Darcy, stirs the neighborhood. Bingley quickly becomes fond of the eldest Bennet daughter, Jane, while Darcy struggles to fit into the local community and frequently finds himself at odds with Elizabeth, the second eldest daughter.
