In “3 Ninjas Knuckle Up,” the three young martial artist brothers, Rocky, Colt, and Tum-Tum, find themselves in a small town embroiled in a conflict between a Native American community and a corrupt businessman. Using their ninja skills, the brothers team up with a young Native American girl to fight for justice and protect the community’s sacred land.
